CHUN & VOLLERIN è is specialised in processing and trading of semifinished products in nickel alloys, duplex and superduplex, copper alloys used in special environments such as high temperatures and high corrosion for Powergen, Aerospatial, Pharma, Motorsport, Ship Building, Petrolchemical and Oil & Gas.

We have round drawn or forged and peeled bars (depending on the size) available in our warehouses. They are manufactured exclusively by the finest steel mills that we select for the characteristics of the material guaranteed at certification.
Treated bars are available in commercial lengths of 3 m to 6.5 m, and can be cut to specific dimensions at our warehouses. Diameters range from 6 mm to 500 mm. The material we use is of European, US or Japanese origin only.

Sheet metal available in our warehouses is hot or cold rolled depending on the thickness, and manufactured exclusively by the finest steel mills that we select for the characteristics of the material guaranteed at certification.
Sheet metal is available in several commercial dimensions (from 2000 x 6000 to 1000 x 2000) depending on the alloy, and can be cut according to specific drawings at our warehouses.
Thicknesses range from 0.8 mm to 60 mm.
Sheet metal products
Bands are manufactured through processing of the coils available in our warehouses.
Bands are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.8 mm to 2 mm.
The coils available in our warehouses are hot or cold rolled, and manufactured exclusively by the finest steel mills that select for the characteristics of the material guaranteed at certification. Coils are available in commercial sizes from 1000 to 1220 depending on the metal alloy. Coils are available in native format or following the manufacture of customer-specific sheets or bands. Thicknesses range from 0.8 mm to 2 mm.
Products in tape and reel format
Tubes for heat exchangers and condensers, used in shipbuilding, industrial processes and power plants. Available in copper, copper and nickel, Admiralty brass, bronze, aluminium and titanium. Nickel and nickel alloy tubes are also available on request for these industries.
Large tubes for salt water, available in diameters up to 40 in and in commercial lengths up to 6 m, have been successfully used in shipbuilding for decades.
Offshore and Onshore. Our products are used on offshore production sites such as drilling rigs, production platforms and floating production storage and offloading units (FPSO), as well as in seawater desalination plants and industrial plants.
Tube bundles. Tube bundles are available in lengths up to 2,000 m configured to the customer’s needs. They reduce installation work and waste, especially for long lengths.
